In the event that the requested vehicle is unavailable for your booking, we will upgrade you to a higher-capacity vehicle at no additional charge, unless you have specified a preference for a particular vehicle type. During peak seasons or busy periods, if there is a shortage of vehicles, we may also provide a larger-capacity vehicle at no extra cost.
- Bulky Items, Moving Items, or Wheelchair Transfers: SGD 10 surcharge.
- Baby/Booster Seat (Advance Notice Required): SGD 10 per seat.
- Grace Waiting Time:
- 15 minutes for one-way transfers (free).
- 60 minutes for arrivals (free, starting from flight or ferry landing).
- Beyond this, SGD 10 per 15-minute block.
- Public Holidays and Peak Seasons: SGD 10 surcharge.
- Super Peak Periods (e.g., F1, Chinese New Year, Airshow): 50% to 100% surcharge may apply.
- Airport Arrivals with Meet-and-Greet Service: SGD 10 surcharge.
